Retarder Proofer, Model: RP-136Powerline pizza ovens are built for reliability and durability. They are easy to opperate and fully programable. They are also highly efficient and capable of baking up to 4 (12") pizzas in nearly half the time of the competition. Each oven is equiped with a special stone to ensure crisp, evenly baked crusts, and a seperate steam system is used to prevent temperature fluctuation and provide optimal results. Bread Slicer, Model: SM302Our DAF-001 water meter bears a simple yet digital control pad and operates with 30 watts of power.
